Askoll, the leading company in the production of Made in Italy electric vehicles, is ready to launch a new e-bike to make “sustainable mobility” a concept for the entire family. We are talking about the future and the future has to put together. Here is born, the first bicycle with an assisted pedaling thought for kids and teenagers from 10 to 13.
Moving together towards a better future: this is the philosophy of Askoll which – through the launch of – wants to contribute to spreading the use of the bikeamong young people to raise a new generation of citizens who are aware of the surrounding environment, starting from small actions like using the bike for daily movements.
The new is unique in its category: thanks to the assisted pedaling, it also allows children to face long distances both on holiday and in the city. It is, in fact, ideal to go to school – more or less near the house – fast, moving quickly through the urban traffic, for trips and exciting holidays on the saddle of the two wheels.
Like every Askoll product, also boasts a modern technology and Made in Italy design and quality. It incorporates 20” wheels; it has a motor-assisted top speed of 25 km/h (250 W with maximum torque of 40 Nm) and an autonomyup to 80 km. The 300 Wh battery incorporates Panasonic-cells of lithium-ions and charges from 0 to 100% in just five hours connecting it to any power socket at the negligible cost of €0,05. It can also be partially charged without altering its capacity.
is intuitive and easy to use thanks to its onboard computer that continually shows the status of the battery charge, the speed, the level assistance and the remaining running time. The four different levels of assistance, plus the accompaniment mode and the hill start support, allow to face also the longest and hardest ways.
